    On May 13th 2023 I placed a order online for delivery it was changed to carry out. When I called I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes and then hung up on. When I called back and asked for a manager the man who got on the phone said his name was *** and he was the director of area operations. I was told that this wasn't his problem and hung up on. I emailed the corporate office and did a survey online. And never got any response. On May 15th I wrote a review on ******* Within a couple days there was a response for me to contact them. I got in touch with them and they apologized for the terrible service I had and said they would escalate it to the proper people. I asked for a refund again because I was charged and never received the product. On June 7th I received another apology email and again asked about a refund. They asked me for proof of purchase and I sent the confirmation email showing my order and charge. I still have not received the refund and nobody is answering me anymore. I just want my money back. The refund should be for $28.13

    I ordered pizza from Marcos pizza, initially I was told it would be delivered in 45 mins. After almost 2 hours I called. They said it would be delivered within 40 minutes they were backed up. When the pizza arrived it arrived hot, but there were pieces of card board in the pizza. I called Marcos as was told they would send another pizza, nothing ever arrived. When I called back I was told by ***** he would comp. my retire next order and make sure my money was refunded. 3 days later I noticed my card was charged and no refund was issued. I called back and talk to ***** again and was told there was an issue and I should see in within a day or two. Waited another few days, called back due to no refund, was told he would call back. I have yet to received a refund of $62.00. I thought I would go in and at least get my replacement order, was told there was nothing on file and ***** was not available. Just want my $62.00 back. Order was April 17 Order number 256 I have pictures of the cardboard if needed. They won't load to this site.
