    Visited the location on Sept 8 2024 at 3:46pm. Ordered 2 items pepilocos and 3 quesabirrias. They didnt have cueritos for the pepilocos and they asked if I would take anything else and after I looked at the menu I didnt want anything due to dietary restrictions. I asked for a refund for the one time and was told no because it wasnt their fault that they didnt have one item. I would just like my refund for the one item.

    We received a copy of your BBB complaint regarding your visit on 9/8/24 to our location in the ****** Premium Outlets. You complained that you ordered a Pepilocos that contained cueritos but we at the time were out of cueritos. You also stated that because of your dietary restrictions you could not get anything else on our menu, yet also ordered Quesibiria. You were given the cacahuate loco instead which is the exact same thing as the Pepilocos you ordered minus the cueritos. Yet you asked our employee to commit fraud by writing a note stating you did not receive the Pepiloco so you can dispute it with your bank when you were given the Cacahuate Loco which you took. Your complaint says you only are requesting the one item refunded yet your dispute says you are requesting a Full refund of $31.23 which is the ENTIRE order which you ate with no issues. I'm no doctor but you state you have dietary restrictions and the 2 items you ordered are high in fat and cooked in oil. We are sorry we were out of a particular item you requested, but you did take the 2 items and therefore cannot provide a refund to you at this time.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I did not take the incomplete item. The item was left with the business on the counter because I was not going to accept an item that wasnt completely made. The complaint requested the amount I paid and I stated that I wasnt interested in a full refund but a partial one since I left with one item. This practice is extremely predatory on the business part.
