      Had a great experience with Ideal R&S...They made it easy to choose the proper color and style of shingle to conform to our HOA restrictions...They communicated the timing of events well in advance for us to plan around...They were respectful to us and our neighbors with regards to noise and traffic...and most importantly, they took the time to walk us through the complicated insurance process, while remaining patient until the last payouts finally made their way to us...I highly recommend these guys!

      After a hail storm wasted our roof, we used Ideal for all the necessary repairs. Normally I don't bother with the door to door folks, but I'm glad that I spent some time with **** and *****. They weren't pushy like some people can get, they just presented their case as to why I should select Ideal as the contractor to repair things. They were honest and straight forward, and convinced me that they were fully competent and the people for the job. Communication from the start has been great, and **** really helped on the insurance side of things.Before the actual repair work began, ***** (crew chief), contacted me and provided everything I needed to know about what to expect, how long it would take, and exactly what they would be doing. Great communication, answered texts and emails right away, and was always accessible. ***** was onsite and working with the crew a lot of the time. *****, like **** and *****, are nice, personably people that I enjoyed talking and doing business with. I didn't get to meet the crew performing the work, but they all were very nice, highly skilled individuals. They did a great job with everything, and really cleaned up the site and went beyond my expectations. I can't recommend Ideal any higher.

      Professional, skilled, efficient, great communicators and terrific on-the-job coverage. True to their word and available to talk through all details of the process, product and service. Highly recommend for total roof replacement, improved roof ventilation, gutters/downspouts, and exterior house painting.

      I had my house painted and the back side of the house resided. **** is very responsive with phone calls, text messages and emails. They made sure all my concerns were taken care of and the completed project was to my satisfaction. I would recommend **** and Custom Onside Roofing and Exteriors and I will be using them the next time my house needs painting or repairs.
