    Signed up for soccer for my toddler. Had a few questions, but they never answered their phone despite numerous attempts. They kept texting saying the kids team needed a coach still so between no coach and their lack of communication and answering any of my calls or calling me back, I asked for a refund. They actually replied to my email immediately (weird how they can reply to emails so fast but cant answer their phones!). They said no refunds, and they removed my son from his team. They didnt refund me, but removed him from a team, essentially committing fraud. I paid for him to be on a team, they removed him from the team and didnt refund me. Ive attached proof he is not on a team anymore, as well as my email to them, which they have yet to reply to. I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism.

    i9sports has always operated as a volunteer coaching recreational sports program. ******************* was informed of this policy through multiple emails prior to registering. Despite our efforts to communicate this policy, ******************* reached out to request a refund due to a lack of coach for her child's team.
    We explained to ******************* that refunds are not provided solely due to a lack of coach, as coaching assignments are dependent on volunteer availability. Nevertheless, at her request, we promptly processed a cancellation of her registration.
    Subsequently, ******************* expressed dissatisfaction, claiming that we were not providing her with "the services" she paid for. In response, we reiterated the services included in our program and expressed our willingness to fulfill them to the best of our ability.
    Following *********************** complaint, we made the decision to issue her a full refund and have taken measures to prevent her from registering with i9sports in the future.
    We remain committed to providing quality recreational sports experiences for all participants and appreciate your continued support of our program.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********.  Even though their reply continued to show their rudeness and unprofessionalism, I received my refund.  Very grateful to not deal with this business again!
