    Complaint Details 04/05/2025 The amount paid is ****** I had my 2024 taxes done at the 880 e 88thave location done. But they couldn't provide an explanation or give a prices for there packages they offer. They explained that the basic package is 170$ and the package I was charged was 506$ for 4 extra documents being added, I believe that is prices gouging.i spoke with there corporate offices and was told the district manager or franchise owner sets the prices, and when I spoke with the district office employees they said corporate sets the prices. The company as a whole cannot provide any information in pertaining to this issue.Ive spoke with 3 employees at the 4385 ********* office about speaking directly with the franchise owner or district manager ****** on the 4/7/24,4/9/25,4/10/25. The manger has yet to reach out and try to resolve this issue about price gouging and and explanation of the prices they charge. She is be neglectful and having derelict of her duties as a manger.
