This company has proprietary machines for the specialization of steno machine reporting, and as someone who purchased a Steno Machine from this company, I cannot get it serviced due to this company going out of business. Shouldn't the owner still provide services to fix machines and to support proprietary software? Or at least shouldn't they be forced to give it to a company who ************ steno machines, like The ************, out in **********? How are we as working court reporters supposed to get our machines serviced if ***** and his company are not providing the necessary parts to other companies since he has gone out of business? This is Disgraceful, and something needs to be done about it.

I have software that has a license key which is renewed each year. I have been trying to get a hold of the company to get the license key number which has expired. I am unable to get into my software since I've been locked out. I have emailed the owner, ***************************, and informed me he would call me which he hasn't done. All I want is to be able to reactivate the license key number to resolve this so I am able to do my work. I am a retired court reporter and to buy a new program would not be cost-effective.. I am responsible for doing my court transcripts for another 7 years.

I purchased the Apeiron court reporting software from the Neutrino Group on July 2, 2022. As part of the download process I was to inform the technical assistance person, *****, at the Neutrino Group, which I did and was supposed to receive back a key code in order to get into the program. After many months of reaching out via phone and email, with no response from technical support, I personally drove to the business address listed on the website from **** to ******** only to discover the business address is only a P.O. Box. There was not a legitmate business of The Neutrino Group as listed on the web site. The last week of March my phone calls were received with a message that said this number is no longer in service and my emails came back as undeliverable. The Neutrino Group closed down after taking my money and not providing me with a working key code which is specialized by The Neutrino Group and necessary to get into the program that I purchased.

The icon to my Apeiron software that I have just clicked to enter into my software stopped working. In the past, I could call the Neutrino Group and pay $60, and they would get me up and running again. On approximately February 28th, 2023, I called Neutrino Group support hotline, and no one has called me back. I attempted to call them again two days later, and I still have not received a call back. I called them back today, March 29, 2023, and the recording said that the number is no longer in service. So it looks to me that they have left me high and dry, as I can no longer use the Apeiron software that I have used for the last approximately seven years.

I am court reporter of 29+ years. Have used the same SmartCAT court reporting software (allows reporters to take down testimony with laptop connected to steno machine) for 29+ yrs. My SmartCAT reporting software was purchased originally in **** from ********************* which later got bought out by The Neutrino Group. The Neutrino Grp gave their customers 2 options: Either you pay $595 each year for license to get 24/7 tech support and new updates OR you're allowed to pay $60/15 minutes of tech support payable with a credit card. After 20+ years of paying $595 per year, I decided about 10 yrs ago, more or less, that I don't need to throw away $595 each yr to The Neutrino Grp for anymore updates or 24/7 tech support because after 20+ years, I can use my SmartCAT court reporting software with my eyes closed, and pretty much the main thing I would really need to call Neutrino Grp's tech support for would be to have ***, the tech, help me to transfer my LEGALLY OWNED SmartCAT Professional Version 4.2.0 software from an old laptop to a newly purchased one BECAUSE the tech, ***, would have to read me off a 30+ digit number over the phone that I wld type into my new laptop, and then up populates another 30+ digit number I'd read back to her, to complete the transfer process -- and we're done. I pay my $60 bucks. *** (The Neutrino Grp) has ALWAYS accepted my money via credit card for this Option 2 with no problem. It would then be months and months that I wouldn't need to call her (The Neutrino Grp) for tech support. Well, a few days ago around Sept 6, 2022 I emailed and called and even went to their website where their Chat is not in service, and I'm not getting ANY return calls or emails. In other words, I'm being ignored, left to hang without recourse. If The Neutrino Group purchased ********************* and their court reporting software and their customer list and gave us 2 options to pay for tech support, why aren't they honoring it (Option 2)?
