    June 11 I ordered the detox I called and emailed the company. When I can I keep getting voicemail only during buisness hours and when I emailed no response.I havent received my order, I want some to help me please get my refund or get the item I ordered delivered as soon as they can.

    Back in June, very beginning, I placed and order. I never recieved a receipt from them, only from pay pal. I called because I didn't want it if it was not being shipped for a week. They knew this because I called immediately when I did not get a receipt. They never sent a receipt and did not ship for 1 week from order being placed. They were called several times to cancel because shipping info clearly showed they had not dropped the package off yet. I disputed it with *****. They responded to pay pal and told them they were issuing a refund while still fighting me with *****. ***** decided in my favor and I immediately received an email from protek stating they were sending it to collections for more than original charge to boot. I will also be reporting them to Pay Pal.

    This customer Is not being truthful in her statements.  ************* placed an order at 5:32 on Friday June 2nd 2023.  She placed it thru our website and ordered a full detox kit.  The label was created on Wednesday June 7th and dropped off at the postal facility that day. It was post marked the next day by the post office. The package was delivered to her door on June 12th and we do have verification from the post office.  On June 12th after receiving the product ************* sent us an email stating she would like to return the product.  We advised her that because it is a food item we do not accept returns.   She did not create a dispute with Paypal until July 2nd.  At which time Paypal charged us an additional $15 for processing which is the amount added to her invoice.  Paypal denied the refund and at that point she disputed it with her bank.  She disputed the charges with her credit card long after receiving the product.  The case is under review with the buyers institution.  Paypal has removed the money from out account.

     A refund was never offered as she stated.  We fulfilled our end of the process in timely matter and responded to all emails she sent.  I feel like this was a buyers remorse situation.

    I called on the 3rd because I only received a receipt from PayPal, nothing from the company, receipt or shipping info.  I was told it would be be shipped on Monday and they would send a receipt and shipping information then.  I called back I believe on fifth, check records sent to you,  and was told it would be shipped that day and I would get receipt and shipping info emailed to me, I did not.  I called back on the 6th and was told it had been shipped and i would be emailed a reciept with tracking info..  When i was given  shipping information,  never received a receipt from them for transaction, it stated that only a label had been created on the 6th.  I called twice trying to cancel at that point and was refused saying they had already droppPayPal.   In all correspondence since they claim it was shipped on the 7th so when I called on the 6th and is such a small company they had every capability of canceling the order and refused to do so.  I thought it was lost in the mail and was not coming at all when they insisted it had been shipped.  My mailbox is down the street and not checked daily or even weekly if I'm not expecting anything.  When I discovered it in the mail box, I called that day and tried to get address to return it.  All manufacturer seals are intact, but they refused.  I disputed it with Chase.  They decided in my favor and I was immediately sent a bill for more than the original charge and  a threat to be sent to collections.  Also they reported to paypal that they had issued a refund while still fighting the dispute with Chase/me.  I have also filed a complaint with paypal.  Someone is lying alright, but it isn't me.

    I'm sorry, I'm tired after work and got the date of calls wrong for some.  I called on the 3rd, 6th , and 7th.  If it is too muddled and clarity is needed, please just ask.
