    Hartford has been a painful company to work with after the neighborhood was completed. The concrete on our sidewalks, alleyways, and parking area were promised to be covered during our final walk-through. Yet now, Hartford is back out and leaving this to the homeowners and HoA.

    Despite spending 740K on a new build home, we have had difficulty getting any kind of resolution on a non-functioning dishwasher that came with the home and appears to be damaged from installation. Their Customer Care Manager, Ryan, has been no help. Despite repeated emails back and forth, there has been no assistance. We are only 6 months into our 1 year new home warranty. I've had other new home builds in the past and never such a lack of customer service.
