5-star business! From first contact to estimate, install, and follow up two weeks later, I couldnt be more impressed. During a heat wave when I was desperate for A/C, they came out on a Saturday and replaced my whole HVAC system quickly and beautifully. Prices were reasonable and their responsiveness awesome, even AFTER the job was done. They went above and beyond and couldnt have been more pleasant to work with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Polar Bear. I promise, you wont regret it!

*****, ****** and ***** are the most honest, humble, kind and helpful team I've come across since moving to ******** a few months ago. So far we've been beyond happy with every single job they've completed. They are very willing to explain everything and answer any questions you have. They hold a very high standard and all of their work is always up to county and state code. Job's completed:1.) Removed defective hvac system inside and out and replaced with a beautiful brand new system with smart thermostat for almost half of what the previous company did it for. 2.) Replaced fiberboard ductwork with custom made metal ductwork throughout entire house. Our house now stays at the 62 as we requested 3.) Installed Halo water filtration system. Our water test went from a 25 to a 0. 4.) Trenched and installed propane lines to generator and rv. They left the property looking better than it did before they got there. Big plus in our eyes! 5.) Replaced all plumbing vents that had broken from sitting dry for so long while house sat and was letting a smell into our house. We're good to go now. 6.) *************** paid ****** to shadow them to ensure that company was doing the work correctly. He did amazing and caught a few things that needed to be corrected. 7.) When our water heater wasn't working right after we moved in, i called them and they walked me through how to simply flip a switch and they didn't charge me. 8.) They also always show up on time and if they are delayed they let you know. Other than one occasion, communication is on point and if they say they'll be there, they will be there. A lot of other companies flake out around here but they've always been on time. Thank you for continuing to go above and beyond for us, we appreciate you!Polar Bear Plumbing, Heating and Air, LLC
