    I PURCHASED TICKETS FOR A DOOWOP SHOW IN MARCH 0F 2020 AND THE SHOW WAS CANCELLED DUE TO COVID. WHEN I REQUESTED A REFUND TEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO RESCHEDULE. I NEVER RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF THE SHOW BEING RESCHEDULED. WHEN I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO CONTACT THEM THEY ***** THEY RESCHEDULED THE CONCERT IN APRIL OF 2022. I NEVER RECEIVED THE NOTIFICATION AND MY HUSBAND WAS SERIOUSLY ILL AND WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO ATTEND EVEN IF WE WERE INFORMED. ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS I HAD REACHED OUT TO LAR ENTERPRISES BUT HAD NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE UNTIL DECEMBER 29, 2022 AND HE WOULD NOT SEND ME A COPY OF THE ***** SENT TO RESCHEDULE OR ANY VERIFICATION THAT THE SHOW TOOK PLACE. I AM LOOKING FOR A REFUND OF $130.00 FOR THE COST OF THE TICKETS. THIS MAY NOT BE THE RIGHT COMPANY THEIR ***** IS ************************

    After 3 years and after we rescheduled the show on April 22 & 23 2022 refunds are no longer available. In 2020 when the pandemic hit, we sent out an email to everyone who purchased tickets offering a reschedule dates(probably which she indicated she took) or a refund to any and all customers. We refunded over 900 tickets close to $60,000 to anyone who requested one. No questions asked and by the way it was required by all business to offer a refund back then, which we did. Below was the email we sent out immediately to everyone who purchased tickets. A follow up was sent out on June 1 2020. 

     Here is our plan

    A- KEEP YOUR TICKETS AND HAVING THE OPTION OF MOVING CLOSER(BASED ON AVAILABILITY) AT THE RESCHEDULED DATE IN 2021 OR YOU CAN USE YOUR CREDIT TO ANY OF OUR CONCERTS THIS YEAR OR NEXT. IF YOU CHOOSE THIS OPTION PLEASE EMAIL ME AT ************************ INDICATING THAT IS YOUR DECISION. BE ADVISED AT ANY TIME YOU CAN ALWAYS ASK FOR A REFUND NO QUESTIONS ASKED

    B-RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. IF YOU DECIDE YOU WOULD LIKE A REFUND I WILL NEED THIS INFORMATION:

    THE NAME OF THE PERSON WHO PURCHASED THE TICKETS

    THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PERSON WHO PURCHASED THE TICKETS

    C- FOR THOSE WHO DECIDED TO CHARGED BACK WE CANNOT PROCESS A REFUND FOR YOU AT THIS TIME. UNFORTUNATELY YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL YOU HEAR FROM YOUR BANK.
