    Connor was hired to complete the excavation for our house as well as the final grading after the completion of the foundation. The excavation and backfill was completed but the final grading was not. Our yard was left with mounds of dirt as well as grades which slopes towards the house. Water enters the garage and through the bottom plates due to the grading issues. He was paid for the work and told me that he would complete the final grading after the walls are up. It has been months of Connor telling me he is going to show up and complete the work, and he has still not shown up to complete the grading. If he does not complete the final product, I would like to be refunded the cost for the final grading to complete myself.

    Contracted to perform excavation of house and septic install. Paid $59,325. Connor did not pay his sub tier debts and they have put ***** on our property on the amount of $10,000. He has only completed approximately $39,000 worth of the contact and will not respond to calls, texts or emails. He said he purchased the septic materials, but has not delivered them. Would like materials delivered and debts paid.
