Complainants allege a variety of issues including receiving hay that was not as advertised. These customers report receiving hay that is not the specific variety they ordered or was outside of specifications for the hay purchased.



Complainants also report receiving hay that is poor quality, moldy and/or contaminated with potentially dangerous weeds.



Finally, consumers allege encountering customer service concerns such as the company refusing refunds, exchanges, or pickups of faulty hay despite documented issues along with poor communication, delayed responses and failure to follow through on promised solutions.



BBB contacted the business by email and postal mail on December 17, 2024 and January 28, 2025 requesting a written response that outlines a plan to address the pattern of complaints.
