    I paid ********* to Blinds Couture in November of 22. It took multiple tries to get my blinds installed as there were times when I had an appointment and nobody showed, or they did show but lost some of the blinds. The blinds that were installed are not appropriately sized for my windows and have unsightly gaps or are too long or short. I have made multiple phone calls and emails and have not received any response from the business since February. I would like the repairs and replacements promised to meC or a refund for the products.
