  ******* WENT ABOVE and BEYOND, SUPER EXCEEDING MY EXPECTATIONS:This is my 2nd attempt in repairing my credit. I was having trouble with the 1st company, not understanding how they worked and basically wasted my time and money.******* made Continental Credit's process easy to understand and showed me how (2) long-forgotten 30 day late payments from ****************************************** and how my balance-to-credit-line ratio being too high, being judged on each card individually instead of as a whole, as i was mistakenly believing was really affecting me worse than the 2 late payments. The 1st company was real expensive and did nothing for me. The prices here are very reasonably, and seeing other reviews, I'm hopefully for a good outcome this time.Thank you Continental Credit, for hiring intelligent, caring people who want to help us new business owners, instead of just trying to take my money; people like ******* who are building relationships, rather than just caring about easy sales.. ****

  I have been paying monthly for the past year and a half with no result - **************** is very fast to tell me I am wrong and keep paying - Continental Credit was supposed to offer help and suggestions to improve my credit. They did not. - I shuffled through at least 5 reps that would all follow the same protocol of not replying or offering any advice. - Communication was terrible . I stressed there may be fraud on my account and it was met with no reply. - The upfront one time charge will also be charged when you try to close the account and that will not be mentioned. - They are now trying to charge me that cancellation fee and threatening to send it to collections if not paid. - They told me I am 'Dead wrong" and they can not be blamed for anything that has happen to my credit under their watch. - Every time I would call, they mostly would not answer, but when they did and I raised my concerns it was always met with "we are right on the cusp of removing a few accounts and making good progress. - The online portal is garbage and does not show you any information at all. - I have never written a review but this company is a SCAM and people need to be warned not to use their service.

  This company advertise a $33 charge and the next month started to charge $89. I tried to speak to them but they dont respond saying that I sign a contract.

  I believe the company as a whole do a great job-the Managers appear to be the most informed verses the **************** reps. A opportunity for improvement exist; I would suggest that the company consider mandating monthly communication,, directly following a "campaign", with the customer citing the successes/removal and/or continued efforts needed. This will present a 360 degree of communication and reinstate the company's effort to said customer while offering the opportunity for the customer to ask/address any concerns he/she may have.
