    I purchased AND was charged for a medication; Order # ONHE9, on December 20, 2024. I received a notification the product would arrive on December 26, 2024. I went to check the status on December 28, 2024 only to discover the order was not even processed. Why? Please DO NOT use the holiday to deflect accountability AND responsibility for providing a product and service. This medication is important. Who knows how many thousands of patients are affected by your actions. Additionally, it is nearly impossible to reach anyone in "customer service" as ALL calls go straight to voicemail. When I reached out to the Low T Center it was one deflection after another. Disappointed but NOT surprised to hear the Low T Center uses Village Lane Apothecary because they are the "cheapest". ZERO oversight by this company which is also disturbing as the Low T Center hired AND pays them to complete AND provide a service. This is absolutely unacceptable. It's always one deflection after another with this Center. **** did clean up a lot. Now Corporate needs to hold Village Lane accountable.

    Company has largely ignored their patients since moving to a new owner. They change store hours without notification to their patients, turning people away "at lunch time," even though they have driven an hour to get there. They tell them they cannot see them that day because they received their injection already, which should have been discussed during their "telehealth" visit. They change lab considerations, even though treatment has been ongoing for years. So either they didn't know what they were doing years prior, or they don't know what they are doing now. No longer can see providers, can only talk to them on the phone, by appointment, AFTER you go to the clinic and see someone there.. It's impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, or call you back. Bottom line is, they are not providing health care at all anymore. They are bordering on complete neglect.

    After being a client for 16+ months, they have new ownership. Went in today for what was supposed to be a 10 min visit. After over an hour of waiting I was pulled into a room with a "manager" who told me they would no longer offer me treatment because my "levels" were normal. I was told that the **pap equipment they literally sold me a few months ago would no longer be supported and was rudely given an *************************************************************************************************** the medications I have paid for.

    I started going to Low T Center and receive treatment. I received my first shot in the office and paid $155 for that month then 6 shots were mailed to me to complete the month. On September 3, 2023, the app said that supplies were ordered for the next month. Nothing ever changed and I did not receive a call or tracking information so I went to the office since no one ever answers the ************************************************************************************** a courtesy shot. I messaged several times on the app starting on September 11 and still have not received a reply to any message. I called several days ago and left a message on the 888 number trying to get in touch with someone with no help. I called my local center and they said they could open another ticket with the pharmacy but I got nothing back. I missed a call this afternoon and called back within 5 minutes only to be sent to voicemail again. So I have basically paid $155 this month for a shot that I had to drive an hour to get because Low T Center will not give information or answer requests for information. I now cannot go anywhere else to get treatment because my levels will be off due to starting a regimen and then stopping. I would have to wait 6 months to get treatment. I am hoping this complaint will get at least a partial refund for September and action from Low T Center.
