      The business has not returned any of my contact attempts. I have made 4 total attempts to contact the business. 2 text messages and 2 emails and have received zero responses. They did not install the lights in the front of my house in the correct order. They stop in the middle of my house, then go to the porch, then back to the top of the house. I have provided a video. The lights should continue across the top of the house, then go to the porch. I paid the business $11,414.00 to do this job. It was not done properly and they will not return any of my attempts to contact to come back out and correct their mistake.

      Have 1 yr warranty for the work completed and 5 yr for the equipment. Not even a month in product not working properly. Blue lights following a poor connection or a bad light. Have tried over and over to have some one come look at and hopefully fix the issue but. No response. Lights put up 6/26/2023. Problem started 7/3/2023. Light will not work as they will not turn off and only show blue. Now 8/14/2023 and still no response.
