    On Monday, December 12, 2022 I received an email titled '12 Days of Deals" from Total Beverage advertising the price of $63.99 per 750 ml bottle for Clase Azul Reposado Tequila to happen on 12/23/22. In order to take advantage of this advertised sale, I arrived at the Total Beverage ******** Store at ******************************************************** at 8:05 am along with several other individuals looking to take advantage of the same advertised sale. Upon taking my 2 bottles of Clase Azul Reposado to the counter to checkout I was informed that they could not honor that advertised price because it was below their cost and was illegal to do so. Instead they offered the product for $134.99 per 750 ml bottle. I informed them that it was also illegal to false advertise their products and that they themselves should assume the cost difference between their advertised price and the cost of the product. This was to no avail and I left the store along with several other individuals expecting the same price on the same product. This is a false advertising situation through a promotional email event to draw customers into their store. Total Beverage should honor their advertised prices to those who made the effort to arrive at their store that day to purchase that product.

    While we acknowlege that there was an incorrect price that was sent out on the 12th of December, we also sent out via email, then posted on social media and in store the corrected and true price of the sale item. this corrected email was sent out on Wed December 14th. and we acknowledged that we had an error. attached photos of the corrected email have been attached. 

     we have also included an image of the date and time this amended email was sent.

    I am rejecting this response because: I never received the email "Amended 12 Days of D..." you claimed to have sent nor did a large number of individuals at the store the same day and time I was there trying to buy the same product and being told you couldn't honor that price.
