      I went to Krave for a procedure called Ellaco. What I bought was two for $2950. I also purchased microneedling with PRP for $888 The ellacor procedure was a 3 hour procedure that they dont seem to tell you upfront is invasive and takes this long! The procedure took me two weeks to recover - not the 3-5 they tell you. Im n any case, I left there black and blue and swollen. I gave the procedure a couple of months in the hopes Id heal - bought the microneedling procedure in the hopes it would help the scarring left on my face by ellacor procedure- that should clearly be done in a doctors office. Owner saw my face went I went in to have microneedling procedure done. She saw the scarring. Said she wanted to make it up to me. Im calm but decided Id let her do yet a third procedure she doesnt know how to do. She offered to not charge me for the microneedling procedure - I purchased 3. I then followed up with a very reputable cosmetic surgeon who saw the scars knows of this place and said get your money back and done go back. I asked the owner for a refund she gave $800 of the over $3800 I spent. I now have to spend more money trying to get my skin texture corrected. She doesnt know what shes doing and has no business doing any sort of aesthetic procedures. She outright apologized. She has a waiver you sign for scenario s like this. No moral compass to refund my money. She hides behind her waivers and offers of other procedure she can complete for you but doesnt know how!! Stay away!! If shes not doing the procedures on her own face, probably shouldnt have her do on yours! Stay beautiful and go to reputable places who stand behind their work, and know when to provide a refund. This isnt the last of my honest reviews.

      I had purchased a "goodie bag" from Krave medical group (Loveland and ************** and placed ****** as well in an account there. I went in for my free consult. We went over all my medications and I was told what would help me with my facial wrinkle issues. I had the first procedure done, nothing changed at all. I was told when that happens sometimes they will do it again (no charge) had it done again ... Nothing changed at all. I wrote ***** the owner in March of 2023. She had some suggestions for me, I called Krave multiple times with no answer or response. The girl that I had purchased these packages from had left the company. ***** had blamed my allergy medications and Lifestyle for the reasons these did not work. I asked for a refund July 2023. She agreed to give me a refund, but I have not received it. I have called and spoke to people with the promise of someone will call me back and months go by and they never do. I have enclosed the emails we have had quite some time ago. I also have a few text messages I can include if needed. I will include my phone statement of proof of how many times I have called. (If needed)I know the goodie bag is not refundable but would like an exception due to going over my medications and being told this was a great option for me to purchase. After all this with ***** I am not comfortable going into this spa again and do not want to lose my money. As of now she has said she would refund ****** but I'm hoping for a full refund. Please help with this issue and let me know if I can provide more information

      I made several purchases worth thousands of dollars from this business. At one point on one of the appointments/treatments, I had my face burned by one of the aestheticians. After that incidents I was afraid to go back to them and get more treatment. I started speaking with the owner ********************* (The business is registered under ********************* at the Colorado Secretary of State). After 2 years of having to go back and forth and at one point being told they couldn't find any money under my name! Finally on April 16, 2024 ********************* did an accounting review of my account and all the UNUSED SERVICES I had with them ( email attached) saying she would send me a check for $2388.00 She never did. She never answered any emails or the telephone.Basically, this people stole over $2000.00 + from me with no repercussions or consequences. I need help getting this money from them who obviously think they can take money from decent folks, and nobody will do anything about it. Thanks.

      In September 2023 I visited Krave in ********** to learn about their Opus Plasma treatment. During the consult with *******, I stated that a 10% improvement in my face would not be satisfactory and would not purchase the package. I was assured that the results would be far greater than a 10% improvement. I paid a deposit for three Opus treatments for $2,879 which included a separate product for about $70. After two treatments I decided they weren't working for me and the results were not what I expected. I canceled the third treatment and requested a refund of the remaining balance, which I estimate at $933. I have detailed my request in seven (7) emails and have followed up with more than 12 telephone calls to ***** who I'm told is a manager. ***** (possibly the owner) once called me and was very angry, thinking I was requesting a full refund -which I have never asked for. She said she would look at my account but despite me leaving more voice messages and resending emails I have not heard back from anyone. I'm simply looking for a refund for the portion of treatments I did not receive. I get NO response from calls or emails. I would like assistance in obtaining a refund for the third treatment that I have not received. Based on my experience I don't wish to return to Krave and would like to settle this issue. Any assistance from BBB would be appreciated.

       Krave responded to me that they would refund the balance on my account and a cancellation fee on April 30, 2024.  No refund has been made as of May 20, 2024.   I have left multiple voice messages and have sent a number of emails asking about the refund, again with no positive action.   I would appreciate BBB staying engaged as it seems the first contact of Krave by BBB might have sparked the April 30 email offering the refund.   We need to make sure Krave knows we are watching and staying involved.
