    I cannot say enough about Craig and his Crew!!! Wow!!! Great ******************************************************* and Very Knowledgeable!!! NO GOUGING! NO BAIT AND SWITCH! HONEST FROM BEGINNING TO END!!! We used them for Water Heater (we have 2), Toilet, Plumbing, Furnace and **************** on all... Update: 5/26/23 ****** and ***** are very friendly and very thorough!!! They are not salesmen but great advisors of things we should be aware of now and for the future!!! Update: 9/9/2024 - ***** is Amazing!!! We love that we could run an important errand and trust our home with *****!!!

    I hired them to fix a supply line to the toilet and shut off valve. The parts cost less than $20 and it took less than 10 minutes to complete. I know plumbers charge a lot so I didnt shop around since my realtor told me they are dear and trusted friends. I was surprised that it cost almost $400 but this was a major leak I was dealing with and I trusted my realtors recommendation so I wanted to hire someone that came recommended. Since then, I have spoken with several professionals in the industry that told me I was way overcharged. What really upset me is I gave them a chance to explain what exactly I was charged for in a very respectful and calm way. Craig immediately became extremely abrasive and defensive so I ended up hanging up on him. He had the audacity to drill me on whether or not I knew the price and agreed to it. Someone that defensive in my opinion is hiding something. Just simply answer my question which he did not and his technician told me he didnt know their own labor rates ??!!! I wouldnt have even questioned it if professionals didnt tell me how much he overcharged me. Its sad that recommendations dont mean as much as they used to. Its a stupid move on their part, as the maintenance plan, water softener, and new water heater I was going to purchase from them will now go to the new plumber I found today so Ill at least give Craig a shout out for that. I see other people on ****** had similar if not worse issues. Their motto on their site is professional and friendly services at all times. I think my review and many I just saw on ****** proves otherwise.
