  I should have listened to the ambulance chaser vibe I got when ***** knocked on my door not 12 hours after a hail storm struck my house, but I failed to listen to my better angels. First off, Arrow's contract states in bold print that you only pay your insurance deductible for claims but their 1st, 2nd, and 3rd estimates were over the "authorized insurance payment" plus deductible. Their final estimate did not include work that appeared on the final invoice, They were provided with the original insurance coverages and requirements, why wasn't the additional work on their estimate? The crew that showed up to do the work were obviously a sub-contracted group. They were well versed in roofing and competently replaced the shingles. However, I had added to the contract a couple of solar attic vent fans. The crew added them to the roof and yet installed one so badly that it couldn't rotate due to construction debris in the fan. When I cleared the debris, I found that the fan was damaged during installation and hit its housing, creating a loud banging noise. Because of this oversight, I checked the rest of the work more closely. Contract states that they will attempt to protect homeowner's property, however, while tarps were placed around most of the house, there were places that were not covered and thus debris and damage ensued. The solar panel for the exhaust fans were installed the wrong way so afternoon sun will not power the fans. The resolution for these problems has been the original workers coming to repair the problems, but nobody from Arrow has inspected the work or attempted to personally resolve any of the issues. Why pay Arrow when I've had to do all the quality checks myself? Would I use their services again? NO Would I recommend them to someone else? NO Should they trusted? NO Contract says you won't pay more than deductible, YOU WILL PAY MORE

  Arrow Roofing did repairs that i did not ask for and were not covered by insurance, they did not tell me they were not covered by insurance and that I would have to pay out of pocket for that work.

  I can't say enough great things about *******************************. He was referred to me by ******************. I called and needed some help ASAP. He returned my call promptly and before I knew it, he worked me into his schedule to help me understand the roofing issue I had. He was very personable and did a great job of explaining what was happening and what it will likely take to remedy the problem. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing help with their roof.

  I had Arrow do my roof because I trusted their knowledge. They were patient working with me through hard things that came up in my life. Insurance was a nightmare but **** spent hours on the phone fighting for me to get what I needed for my home. I am so happy with my finished project. They went the extra mile to make everything match and look great. It was fast once it all got started. **** thank you for your patience through my hard days. ***** thank you for orchestrating getting this done for me. I appreciate you all.

  Arrow Roofing is an AWESOME company to work with. I have an in home family childcare and was recently able to replace my gutters with grant ****** I reached out to Arrow Roofing in November 2022, however because of the lengthy process and many request made to me by the granters did not have the gutters installed until March 2023. Arrow was pleasant in assisting me and patient to work with, forwarding me any documentation requested. The install and clean up was impeccable. I look forward to calling Arrow Roofing when it's time to replace my roof and will definitely refer them at every opportunity. *********************************, *************************
