    I went in for Ultherapy about 2 years ago now. I have not seen any positive results, my chin and neck look worse. Through out the years I have talked to several people at Ideal Image telling them my chin and neck feels like a really bad sunburn all the time, I now have nerve damage. I have went over the consent form and there is nothing about posible nerve damage. I have been told give it time and go see my primary care provider. They will not take any responsibility for the pain I am in on a daily basis. I have asked several times for the before photos and signed a release, still have not received them. ULTHERAPY IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!!

    The front desk phone girl in Westminster is rude and condescending. So much so that I would pray before I went in that she wasn't there just so I didn't have to deal with her.I went there for an entire year for laser hair removal but my results were minimal. Every time I went in they claimed I was only on my 2nd or 3rd round of treatments when I was already on my 8th and 9th. This happened every time!Who is keeping records over there and how could they be so incorrect?!The last time I went the nurse ******* was horrible! I had to keep asking her if she would apply pressure after a couple laser blasts and she would barely touch my skin to help the burning. Come to think if it, it was burning as if she did not have any cooling agent in the machine or it had run out. She was definitely inexperienced and or malicious. I will never go back to Westminster ideal image! Too many amateurs work there and the unprofessionalism is unbelievable!There are two other locations I've been at and never experienced any of those issues before. Something needs to be done about this location in Westminster.I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

    This business is a scam. Their sales people tell you you will have excellent results. I signed up for a $2000 ultherapy, which, according to them would definitely tighten my skin, especially my neck. I waited the six months after the ultherapy, and there was absolutely no difference. I have called them several times and even went in for photos. They do not guarantee anything. They told me after the six month time period that the results are subtle. It's horrible. They will do nothing to help me with the huge amount of money I spent for absolutely nothing. It's crushing, as I don't really have this kind of money. I don't understand why nothing is being done to this company. They tried to give me another procedure, but the one thing I wanted was a tightened neck, and they don't offer anything other that the non-effective Ultherapy. Super disappointed, and the lack of help from the BBB isn't really worth the time, but I don't want others to pay for this procedure. It's a bait and switch for sure. Worst company EVER.

    I signed up for the laser hair removal and have gone twice and have had no issues with the nurse or tech who performed the procedure. My complaint is against the receptionist who is rude and her mannerism is as though we inconvenience her for getting services done at that location. Shes on her phone when one walks in and doesnt greet.
