My experience with Ascend Staffing has left me disturbed and appalled by the unethical practices employed by this so-called staffing agency. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to approach with extreme caution. This agency's exploitative practices and lack of integrity make them a prime example of what can go wrong when personal gain takes precedence over the well-being of clients. The most disturbing part of my interaction with this location was with with *******. Her inappropriate attempts to form romantic relationships with clients is evident that this agency is more interested in exploiting personal connections for their own gain. Their recruitment practices are full of favoritism, clients who go along with the inappropriate advances seemed to receive preferential treatment in terms of job placements and opportunities. This predatory behavior not only jeopardizes the integrity of this agency but also creates unethical and unequable opportunities for their other clients who actually have professional merit and are using this agency to get support in finding good employment. To add insult to injury, attempts to address these issues, with the branch manager ******, were dismissed as insignificant and ignored. It's evident that Ascend Staffing has little regard for the well-being of their clients and are more interested in maintaining their exploitative business model. Steer clear and look for reputable alternatives that prioritize the interests of those they are suppose serve.

I had applied with Ascend Staffing and was hopeful I could find a position i would be comfortable with. After many attempts to ask for a proper maintenance temp position, I was told the only properties they had where with the Volunteers of America. I was hopeful to assist at an actual apartment community but Ascend Staffing only has maintenance for bed bug and cockroache infested buildings with Volunteers of America. Upon arrival the maintenance manager had no idea what to do with me. Being paid 25 an hour for a bed bug and ***** infested building is unacceptable. Ascend staffing should expand more than just VOA.
