Lincoln Group stands behind our services and the associates we place on client work assignments. At any time a customer determines that an associate is not a right fit, they just need to notify their Account Manager and request a replacement.
Additionally, we offer a 4-hour to an 8-hour working guarantee on our professional interim, light industrial, and healthcare staffing associates. This allows the customer and the associate to confirm that each placement is a good assignment for them. If not, then we will provide an immediate replacement.
For direct hire services, we offer customized replacement guarantees based on the type of placement, level of placement, the fee associated with the placement, and the terms of each customer's contract.
