      My partner and I went in on 4/13/24 to file our taxes. ****** wasnt sure how to file the residential energy storage systems credit form, so at the time he advised we would wait to file the state taxes until he got more information. At this time, he also said he would send us our paperwork via email thru *** to Docusign the federal documents and have a copy, and then the same would happen when he got the credit added to the state. He proceeded to file our federal taxes without us knowing, we only saw the refund come thru, and then maybe a month or so later the state taxes refund arrived, and we have not received the *** copies for either. Additionally, he didnt add the credit form mentioned above, and weve been trying to get in touch with him to have him help us submit the 1040X form that the *** help line advised would need to be submitted for additional information/credit request. The phone numbers available for ****** and the business, *****************-637-7921, and ************, are now not going thru- 2 ring as fax lines now and one doesnt accept phone calls, and we cant reach him. Therefore, were unable to get help with correcting the state filing to receive the missing refund credit, nor have we received a proof copy of our tax filing for this year via email as he said he would, and Ive asked for as well. We just want help filing that state correction for the missing credit and a copy of our paperwork to have for our records.

      I went to the business AlianzaTax on 04/02/2024 to file my taxes. They did not inform me of their fees. When I finished my appointment they informed me of the $180 fee to be taken out of my return refund and I requested to cancel the return so I could go somewhere else with lower fees. The representative agreed, but then another employee ***************************** approached me and kicked me out of the office, saying that that fee was their money and he refused to cancel it so they could keep the fee. ***** was threatening and called the police on me. I left without the return being cancelled so AlianzaTax kept my $180 fee.

      Allegations are false. Security cameras video is available. No money was taken from this individual. He thought our services were free. When fees were disclosed he got angry, the female employee felt unsecured due to his attitude, therefore he was asked to leave the office multiple times and he refused challenging the employees and putting at risk the security of the clients and employees. Multiple witnesses of his behavior are available. If this person does not withdraw this false allegations, other legal measures are going to be taken.
