The owner refused to give me invoices The vehicle broke down outside his shop when he replaced the engine. A near by mechanic reported that the engine needed replacement hours after leaving AE&T shop. This is after he again charged me for other repairs I did not request.Took it back to be repaired since I paid thousands of dollars for this and had my vehicle gone 5 months. The owner did not disclose any estimates The owner did not tell me when he would finish replacing my engine and took 2.5 years to return my vehicle. Again he charged over 400 dollars.Based off the diagnostics done by 2 other businesses the owner committed fraud by falsely stating he repaired my engine and added repairs that I did not request The owner released my vehicle to an unauthorized vehicle transport company that I was then forced to pay The owner returned my vehicle with a missing lug nut, garbage inside, fried starter, covered in rust, and engine that still did not work while smoking The vehicle upon inspection by CarMax, Hollywood Jeep Chrysler and Dales Tires all concluded that the engine needed to be replaced and that the vehicle was inoperative unless I paid to replace it completely. This man will not return my calls, tells me h*** call me back when I accidentally get him on the phone and refuses to fix the issue.

We brought our car to the shop on Nov 17, 2022 and requested a factory rebuilt engine be ordered. It was more than an engine rebuilt at the shop and that was fine. We were told 4-6 weeks for delivery and up 2 weeks to install the engine. In Jan 2023 we called because we were not being informed. We had to keep calling. We were told at the end of Jan 2023 the shop could not get the factory engine. On 2/4/2023 the shop stated they would rebuild the motor. We agreed and there were more delays. We were not called and had to keep calling. There were more problems and the amount was about $1000 more. The first problem after it was rebuilt was it had a Prestone leak. That is the reason we brought it in initially. We picked up the car on 3/31/2023 and the car was running way worse than when we dropped it off. The car was taken to another mechanic who opined the work was not done well. Another mechanic opined we needed a new rebuilt motor. There is a 3 year warranty but we would not want the shop to do the work. We are requesting a full refund because we need another rebuilt motor.
