    I have proof that the repairs Bachman did had to be redone by another auto repair shop. They know about the corrected repairs but still have not contacted me regarding any refunds or compensation. I may have to get a lawyer involved.

    Hello,

    I would like to add our invoice to this complaint explaining what was done on the vehicle.  The a/c clutch came apart and ripped open the transmission cooler hoses which rendered the vehicle undrivable. The total invoice price that they are asking for included the repair on the transmission cooler hoses which was not part of the a/c compressor replacement.  We were unaware that there was any internal air conditioning issues.  They contacted us and I asked them to bring the vehicle back in so we can diagnose the a/c system issue. The customer did not bring the vehicle back into us or ask what they should do when they moved out of state. We also provide a 2 year/ 24,000 mile warranty which is nation wide if they can take it to a Technet shop.  They can still call the nation wide number and they should be able to get the a/c compressor covered by the warranty company.  They did not contact me at any time to ask for a refund or what they should do with the vehicle now that they are out of state.  I contacted the customer and left a message explaining to them that they should have asked me first before going to BBB and posting bad reviews.  They have not contacted me back again.  Please let me know what we need to do resolve this.

    I reached out to BBB a while ago re Bachman Auto. They referred my claim to their warranty ** several months ago and I was promised a $1000 check which I've never received. The warranty ** ac**unt is #******, phone ************ *******/***** ******* ************
