      I placed an order for lumber to be sent to garage door company for manufacturing my garage doors. Receipt and order is attached. When wood was shipped I was charged an additional $939.26. I was never contacted or asked for authorization of this additional charge and a new receipt was never sent. After noticing the higher charge on my credit card and getting the receipt sent, I realized they charged me more for the additional staining because they had stained the entire order, not just the part that I had asked to be stained. The garage doors were already built by this point and I have to either live with the error or sand them down and restain them myself. I should not be forced to pay for an error made by this company. IF there was confusion about my original order, they should have contacted me to clarify. Instead they chose to change the order themselves and charge me extra for their mistake.

We deeply apologize for any mis-communication or delay in getting this resolved and greatly appreciate your patience as we looked into this. The amount in question will be refunded before the end of business today (10/24/2023).
