    I called them out for a $165 chimney cleaning. I told them I have a wood stove that is not connected to stove pipe on the phone before they came out. The guy came out and said he could knock the stuff off the sides of the chimney, but could not move the wood stove to clean up the stuff he knocked off the sides, so the stuff that would cause a fire would now be on top of my wood stove and not on the sides of the chimney. Of course this would be more dangerous to cause a fire being on top of a hot wood stove, so i declined. He still charged me the cleaning fee for the trip. They should not send out people if they know they can't clean a chimney that does not have piping connected to the wood stove, and charge them full price. I would do zero stars if i could.

    *********************** did an outstanding job in our fireplace insert installation! He paid attention to every detail and provided us with a custom back plate which looks absolutely beautiful! My wife and I just love our new Napoleon X4 fireplace insert! I also had this company do a chimney inspection, cleaning and parging along with a new exterior fireplace crown installed which look absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend Chimney Sweeps of America for any fireplace upgrades or repairs that *** be needed! We are extremely happy with the work they've done!
