Hired NOSV Service Systems, LLC to replace hardwood flooring after a water flood. After we discussed the project, agreed on the quote and gave them a deposit; we could not get a hold of the President of the company (whom was leading on our project). We kept getting different stories for the project and after multiple attempts to contact the company they then refused to proceed with the project due to the way we asked for more information. They insisted on keeping a portion of our deposit for materials; which we've never seen or were provided receipts. This company should be looked into; the professionalism and the actually work being done is probably fraudulent. We have text messages and voicemails as proof of changing scope of work, excuses as to why they couldn't come, and how they were keeping a portion of the deposit.

Work completed 6/23 Billed Amount ******* Amount Paid ******* Hired **** of NOSV to do a make ready of my rental property to get it ready for tenants, this work included painting, filling and patching holes in the wall, caulking, cleaning to make the unit ready for my tenants moving in on 6/24. Also included some drywall put back in the furnace room, and the first floor bedroom The work had to be completed by 6/23, the work was not completed to my satisfaction and my tenants had to move in. I requested to meet **** at the property 6/24 to go over the issues I had with the work he did not show up at the agreed upon time 3:15. The walls I asked to be painted were not fully covered, there was damage not fixed and the unit was not cleaned. I thought he had done approx 75% of the work I asked. I messaged him my dissatisfaction with the work and explained I felt he only did 75% of the work so I paid 75% ******* and he threatened me with liens and said I was discriminating against him due to his race. Honestly I dont have time to deal with any issues, so I paid him the rest and committed to resolving other ways, via honest internet reviews and here with BBB. I have the whole text message chain I can provide if necessary.I have tenants moving in and will not bother them with getting a contractor in their and disrupting their lives. He offered to make it right I declined. He has on many occasions has not shown up when he said he would, so I cannot have to have my tenants deal with that. And have evidence of that in text messages.I would like to pay for the percentage of work that was completed no more. Please let me know if you have any questions or need any additional info ***************************** **********
