      The studio might be nice, but my experience has been awful before it even began. At some point in August in 2023, I was looking for studios for my boys to do gymnastics. I remember looking at multiple places and choosing one. Active Athletics---close to me. There were only a few that had a boys program. I remember looking at multiple studios. Somehow, I signed up to go to 5280. I am not sure how, but online I did. My boys have never actually attended a class. I thought I had signed up for **************** since that is where we ended up going. We have never attended a class to this day. I received monthly emails from 5280 saying they are charging me and even resigned the paperwork to register for a new year. The whole time I assumed they were communications from **************** where we were actually attending. I just assumed 5280 was the business name and Active was a ***. Never entered my mind that they were different places. I realized my mistake when a friend invited me to 5280 for a charity carnival. It clicked---I typed it into GPS and realized it was the place charging me monthly. (The charge is on my moms card so I never actually looked at the charge, Active charges on my card every month).After realizing something was amiss, I contacted 5280. I spoke to ******* and I believe *******, never to the owner as I requested. I was hoping they would understand that although it was my mistake, they never earned the $1500 they were charging. We never attended a single class. We didn't receive the service that they were charging for. I was hoping they would refund me, less the fees for processing. It was my mistake for assuming they were another studio and not paying attention. I couldn't even imagine how I did this. I have three boys and a ton of emails. I am not saying they are to blame, but also don't think they earned the money that I paid. I am asking for a refund for the more than a year of monthly charges.

      I have been in direct contact with Ms. ******** and we have come to what we both believe is a fair and equitable resolution.  You should be hearing from Ms. ******* to confirm this.
