      If I can give a zero stars I would!!!I have nothing bad to say about the doctors or eye physicians themselves!However, the customer service from the employees at the front desk and answering the phones ALL need to be fired or they need to be monitored better! Working for a childrens eye clinic they should be more pleasant and instead theyre rude as h*** from start to finish and not helpful. Very very disrespectful!!! Cant be a polite ****** over the phone and ******* off the phone when I just needed to update my telephone number. My mother has taken my son into his appointment and she got the same disrespectful treatment in ******. This is horrible for the first ****** you see walking into this business and representing this business in such a rude interaction!

      I was sent there for my eye alignment problem (they do see adults for this). After my exam, the front desk person insisted on retaining my credit card number for any charges that might be due after insurance, rather than just sending me a bill, which I did not like but I complied. Well, the charges were over $300 AFTER insurance. Ridiculous. For an eye exam!! Im never going there again. And my problem isnt even fixed. The glasses arent any better than ones I had before. Next time Im going back to my regular eye doc. Dont be ripped off by these people like I was.
