after +6 weeks for them to get started, this company left me without a bottom pane of glass on a swinging glass door even though the initial customer request clearly stated both panes were to be replaced. ******* the business owner admitted his mistakes but never corrected and subsequently ghosted me, so now I am left with a dangerously top-heavy glass door that should have just been replaced. He even mentioned that the door was 2-paned shatter resistant glass in the initial 'work order and measuring' visit but didn't install the bottom pane because apparently it is missing frame. But this info came AFTER they installed the top pane, left and "completed" the project. Then after I called to let him know about the missing bottom pane, he said he 'forgot to measure and order the 2nd pane'. But this was all after they installed the top pane and took my money,.. convenient huh? I even asked if I should just replace the whole door, or if it was 1 whole pane of glass, and he said no we can install/fix 2 panes. He just wanted the money for the top pane - it's not rocket science what happened here...To Rikardo: refund me the top pane+labor ($360 + labor) and I'll call it even. You can even come and get the glass to help recoup your materials cost......as why would anyone want a dangerously top-heavy swinging glass door?
