      I purchased from white cap 2 trowel $142 for a concrete job...when I purchased online it didn't specify the location you wanted to buy from...
      When I received the item I immediately returned them.,it was not what I wanted (the thickness of the material) would not work for me.
      There was not a return label, I ended paying to return them my self $49.02
      Now I am $200 out packet
      I called white cap in Colorado and I was told by gege phone number
      (303)390-5120 to go to the local branch located on pike Rd in wpb that they will reimburse me the item price plus the extra money I pay for shipping.. when I arrive at the local white cap branch the person there in the counter didn't know what I was talking about...so I call the Colorado office again and then Ms. Gege said that they refuse to take it back because they didn't sell the items to me...I said ok so what can I do
      She said I can give you another branch location 30 minutes away from where you are? I said ok.. could you send it to me via text or email ( already provided)
      It's been already 2 weeks I have called Ms. Gege twice...now she's not answering my calls...I feel bad for reporting this business but 30 minutes
      Gas prices are not that cheap.
