    This contractor failed to have the required inspections done on our master bath remodel, and then allowed the permit to expire. The City of Fort Collins put a stop order on the project (after completion), after we were notified of the permit and inspection violation. After numerous attempts to reach the contractor to complete the required paperwork with the City of Fort Collins, we got no response. We worked with the Lead Building Inspector to obtain an "after the fact" permit, and final inspection was completed on August 31. This cost us $249.16, plus a ton of aggravation. We are also now personally responsible for anything that may go wrong with the work. We'd like to be reimbursed for the expenses, and an apology for his failure to perform per our contract.
