      I’m giving a 2 only because the ****** returns I have been taking there have gone smoothly. I went in to get a notary signature. Front staff jumped the gun on an issue they obviously weren’t trained on and I asked to speak to the notary. I guess, she, Cassandra, was mad because I wouldn’t accept their uneducated incorrect answer and came out acting all pissy. I wanted them to notarize my transfer on death form so I could attach to my automobile title. That’s the correct procedure according to Colorado law. She refused to notarize it when I told her that I brought my title for my own purposes and the signature had nothing to do with the title. She was basically a nasty, mean- spirited, abuser of her own perceived power. I won’t be doing ANY business there in the future. Lots of places to return and send packages. I’m choosing to do my business elsewhere. Just fyi, Got the notary done for free at the bank, just right down the street.
