    TOXIC HOUSE - Do not rent ********************. ******************************************************************************************* This property as well as the house in the back are contaminated by mold. These homes are considered uninhabitable under the law. Picket Fence Properties and the owner failed to have professionals properly mitigate the mold. Do your research, mold can be very toxic. We were sick the entire time we lived in the back house. When it started growing out of the walls, we realized why when we had the air tested. PFP is the worst property management company I have ever dealt with I do not recommend and hope they lose their license to practice real estate.
