    We spent a lot of money to stay there and found the following conditions.1. customer service barely understood english 2. one working elevator, and was overly slow 3. sheets didnt cover the bed 4. hot tubs were room temperature 5. k**** to adjust hot tub were gone 6. heated pool was cold to the touch 7. asked management for compensation they said they would not discuss it 8. hallways drab and ceiling tiles out of place 9. security light replaced by standing lamp 10. stairway halls were uncomfortably hot

    SHOULD NOT BE IN THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY. THEY'RE THIEVES. MANAGEMENT does not manage a thing. Do not spend your money and think you are safe.
