    Paid for a roll off to be delivered on 7/24/24 so we can complete our fire mitigation project. As of 7/26/24 we are still waiting. Have contacted the office by phone and in person being told both 7/24 and 7/25 we are on the schedule for delivery and the office blaming the driver and claiming they do know why it has not been delivered as of yet. I have a paid receipt dated 7/12/24 with the scheduled dates of delivery and pick up on it. It is too late for me to schedule anything else or wait for another company to arrange as I have a August deadline to meet, have taken time off of work and scheduled help to load the rolloff. When at the office to inquire if we could speak to the manager, they closed their door and left us to the receptionist who could only make apologies, which does not cover the inconvenience or solve our problem. Will no longer be recommending them and expect them to be vindictive or retaliatory with our regular services now.

    TELLER COUNTY WASTE THE EPITOME OF POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.As a long term customer I called ********************** repeatedly over two days this week following their failure to make our bi-weekly recycling collection in ****** on Wednesday. With a promised call-back not forthcoming, I finally asked to speak to someone in charge, in this instance being connected with the exceptionally **** and dismissive office manager. Having spent many years in senior management roles in service industries I know that the only acceptable and appropriate response would have been to offer an apology and a remedy, in this instance fulfilment of the contractual service obligation to the customer by arranging to send someone out to make the collection. I received no apology or reason for the service failure however and no appropriate remedy was offered, instead I was asked in a rude manner whether I had ever made a mistake; yes, I have made mistakes, but have rectified them as soon as I was made aware of them, a principle with which Teller County Waste seems unfamiliar. My entirely unacceptable remedy it transpires is that I will have to wait until the next scheduled collection in two weeks to have my very full recycling can emptied, store any further accumulated recycling material on my property in a cardboard box in the interim, with the attendant risk of attracting rodents or other scavengers, and that a refund of payment would be made. That the office manager was ignorant of the fact that if any business enters into an agreement to provide a service and accepts payment for that service, whether in writing or otherwise, a contract is implied, tells much about Teller County Waste and its lack of appreciation of or commitment to its customers. So much for trying to support a local business.

    The only account we have for anyone by this name has never had recycling. Because of this we would not pick up recycling because it is not paid for. If a customers recycling is missed we give a credit or do a double pick up the next pick up day. Because of the amount of customer we can not just swing by on a different day.

    Unreliable pickup, no notice they're not coming, rude customer service manager. Ill equipped to service rural mountain routes. Too bad their marketing and service claims for Infinite Waste don't apply to their Teller County Waste business.

    This was summited on a Sunday and their pick up day is a Tuesday. This customer has never called in to voice concern. Further more, we did service trash on 2/28/23 and 3/7/23 at the address attached to this name. The only time I see the trash was missed is on 1/17/23 when a picture of a truck was taken because his trash was blocked.

    Because zero stars isn't an option. Nothing but problems with this company - missed pick-**** failed to pick-up on days their own website says they'll pick up. Changed schedule without notice. Excuses about snow (their recycling truck came on the same day they said their solid waste/trash truck couldn't), constantly trying to blame the customer, argumentative and condescending. Missed pick-*** would be forgivable if they were accountable and responsive, but they have the absolute worst customer service mentality and approach I've ever seen in a company. Their logo should be a raised middle finger, right up until the time they go out of business.I've never seen anyone this bad at customer service who wasn't in a government agency.

    After reviewing this customers account I see that his trash was missed due to road conditions. The recycling truck was in the area 2 hours before the trash truck. We live in the mountains and the snow was falling that day so yes the snow made the road unsafe for our driver. In this case we would look for a day we can make up or we credit the week and pick up double next time route day. This customer however every time he called in decided to take he frustrations out on the office personnel. He was never happy we our credits or double pick ****

    It saddens me to have to give them one star to write a review. This business is TERRIBLY run and has the poorest customer service Ive ever experienced. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes and actually blame the customer. ****, a manager, had the audacity to say to me that they would be a better business if they had better customers. THAT IS A BRAINLESS AND IGNORANT RESPONSE. My dispute was that I put out seven 13-gallon sized bags of waste and they picked up six of the seven. When I called they stated they will pick up 96 gallons of trash from a residence per week. If they cant do simple math, they have no place within our community as a business. I will be happy to pay HIGHER PRICES at Waste Management because of the customer service and reliability. SHAME ON YOU TELLER COUNTY WASTE, YOU DESERVE TO LOSE YOUR BUSINESS LICENSE.

    What was said to this person that is not the customer on the account. We ask that all your trash be BAGGED for health & environmental reasons. This also helps keep your trash from blowing away on windy days. Your service allows up to 96 gallons of household trash. This is equal to (3) 32-gal black trash bags. Additional bags are charged $2.00 per l3-gal bag or $4.00 per 32-gal bag (maximum of 5 without scheduling a special pick-up). Many items are NOT included in your normal services; these items are considered bulk items or construction items. Construction items are anything that would have to do with remodeling your home or yard, as well as many other types of home improvement projects. Bulk items are items such as furniture, and small appliances. These items do not compact well, making them more expensive to dump. If requested in advance, we can haul these items off for you at an additional charge ranging from as low as $10 on up. We serviced the trash in the trash toter which is 96-gallons of trash and he had bags outside of the toter. the driver took as much as he could.

    One of there companies refuses to take a porta pottie off my land and is still charging me..havnt used it sin r September and had it planned to be picked up..************** and they don't even return calls...do not use them

    After reviewing this account here is what I see. On 3/29/22 he ordered 1 unit. The last payment received was on 6/5/22 and there are no calls in to remove unit. There are no emails in to remove unit. The problems started when we stop serving the unit. Furthermore on 1/6/23 we picked up the unit for non-payment. His bills were all sent the same way by email, the same email he is using for this review. This is a case of a man simply not trying to pay his bill. We searched out phone records there are not calls in and no voicemail left. There are no emails in to us. This is a false review and should be removed.
