    Do not use this company! Although the owner had been to my house several times over the last few years for routine maintenance and a couple of emergency repairs, the latest visit has been a disaster. **** came to do yearly furnace maintenance and check on the status of furnace motor which was flagged last year. He suggested that the motor be replaced at this time, took pictures to document the repair for me, offered to locate space heaters to supplement heat if the motor failed before replacement, researched to find the 'best' purchase for the motor. I prepaid for part and shipping, **** was in contact with me a couple times about the part, part was supposedly undeliverable to his address, was supposedly reordered to be delivered to my address.....and the communication became questionable and irritating, and his phone number that I had had been disconnected. I have filed a fraud claim with my credit card company.

    We want to warn people from using Above the Clouds Heating and Cooling in *************, ********. They didn't comply with required building codes, left us without hot water and heat for a week and a half, and were unresponsive to calls and texts. We had difficulty finding another contractor to work on our boiler, because Above the Clouds Heating and Cooling didn't install our boiler according to county building code and was unresponsive.

Above the Clouds Heating and Cooling is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
