If Could give this place ZERO stars I would. I brought a 92 year old woman who is in my care to this office just to get a toe nail trim on three different occasions. After Dr. J cut her nails each visit, I asked him if he would kindly put her sneakers back on her feet since she has a hard time doing it thinking surely he would be more than happy to oblige. To my amazement, he had a terrible attitude about it. He answered me "What's the matter you can't do it" (as he proceeded to put them on for her). I let it go. The next visit, same rude attitude, (telling me I should be the one to do it) but since he did do it, once again I let it go. This last visit, two days ago, same scenario, but he was even more rude. He not only hinted that I should be the one to put her shoes on but further went on to say, "Maybe you could at least tie her shoe laces"...ok now I was extremely angry but did not make a scene at the office and in front of my client. Once I got home however, I did call the office asking to speak with the office manager. She wasn't available so I left her a message about what had transpired requesting a call back. Instead, Dr. J called me back; I said to him, how dare he put me on the spot asking me to do a simple common courtesy for a 92 year old woman. I explained I had already told him during the other office visits, MY COMPANY DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO TOUCH THE CLIENTS. Seriously, What if I did attempt to put her shoes on and turned her ankle to wrong way and accidentally injured her or worse, broke her ankle??? I would be liable! An older person has very fragile bones and why would he put me in that position. Where is this doctors' common sense and professionalism?? He got very nasty with me and the conversation got very heated over the phone. The bottom line is, me and this elderly client, WE ARE HIS CUSTOMERS!!! Is this the way he treats customers??? He's too good to accommodate an elderly lady with putting her shoes back on?? That's part of his job!! SHAME!

As the only black patient at the facility yesterday I was yelled at and talked to in a very disrespectful manner by officer manager Marcia. She also slammed the door in my face. When I asked for information so I can report her no one had any information to give me. I reported it to the doctor that saw me and he apologized for her but did not ask her to apologize. If I was not in so much pain I would have never even stayed. It was my first time visiting and as a black female my experience in this facility yesterday seemed to be racially motivated. This was all because I rang the doorbell more than once after seeing a white couple go in before me and then no one was answering the door when I rang the bell once. Horrible experience and Marcia needs a raise to help alleviate some of her misery
