    This company is running scam, when I signed up for insurance they told me I paid for 3 months starting January 1st 2025 of plan and will not get charged till end of march but they charged me in February again and when I called to complain they said my insurance started same day I called and that was in October 2024. But that was the enrollment period and I was calling to sign up for next year 2025. when I called them they said “apologize for inconvenience I am lot eligible for refund even if I cancel my policy immediately “ I was also not made aware that their health insurance plans do not have pricription plans and that they do not offer. This company and people working for this company is a scam artists. And agent would not even transfer me to her supervisor or any upper management to get my issue resolved.they are horrible.

    Total scam I called ***** to sign up for a ***** Platinum PPO 90/10 and I ended up with a multi plant limited benefit plan which is total garbage

    I was looking for health insurance for me and my wife, the current insurance I had through work was horrible. I went online to find health insurance and innovative partners was one of the first people that called me. I was told that we would be fully covered with minimal cost to see a doctor for 479 dollars a month. After 3 to 4 weeks I never received any medical cards, so I called to find out they had my address incorrect. In which I demanded them to send medical cards asap . The second month of billing I was double billed . Which I called them and was told I would be credited with in 5 to 7 days . After 10 days I called again which I asked for medical cards again . I was told that the cards had already been sent but would send another set anyway. As far as the double billing after the 10 days I was told it would take another 7-14 days . I was never credited so they used that for the next month. I then waited another 2 weeks and still no medical cards again. In which I called and canceled. Your company is full of liars and thieves is how I feel. I’m going to make sure I let everyone know about this and try to help others not to fall into the same trap. Bye the way I never received a single piece of mail from innovative partners. This company should never be trusted.

    They are terrible! Don't answer, coverage is awful. I owe tons of money for regular blood work and for specialist visit which they said was covered. I cancelled my account on 7/19/24. They charged me for August on 7/28. I'm on the phone for the 4th time trying to get that charge refunded and I've been on the phone for an hour, and they still don't get it. After an hour of them "Investigating my situation", they came on to tell me I'm out of the window to cancel my policy..... Um, not the issue. I had to explain to the manager who finally got it. She's processing a refund not for the $530 but for $169.99 which is all the system will "allow" and I have to call again tomorrow to "see if the system will allow them to process the remaining amount". OMG you'll be better off saving the money you paid them and paying out of pocket at urgent care.
