    On two separate occasions the price posted on the bottle was less than the price charged at the register. It is my understanding that the prices that are publicly posted on the merchandise must be honored at the time of purchase. On both occasions I brought this to the attention of the employee and they never acknowledged fault or offered the price on the merchandise. Furthermore, they never changed the price on the merchandise to match what they are charging customers. I concerned that this business is getting away with deception of other customers who do look at their receipts. I would be grateful for your help in this matter.

    I appreciate you shopping in our store and apologize you've had this experience happen, especially more than once.  Our policy for such a situation is for the cashier to request for a Manager's assistance to look into the matter.  While there are many products & retailers subject to commodity pricing laws/regulations when it comes to a mis-priced item; adult beverages do not fall into this class of products.  With that said, we always try to match a mis-priced item - however, we are also required to uphold ** ******* Pricing Statues whereby, on many items we cannot go below a 'floor' price.  Which is why a Manager should be called over to look into what can be done based on the product selected.

    While we do train our cashiers to listen for complaints and to direct customers towards management - it does not always translate.  I can assure you we do not practice any predatory price tagging activities to bait & switch customers.  To be frank, this is more than likely the direct result of a serious shortage of labor/help and things slipping through the cracks.

    It is certainly no good excuse, but I believe it is the reason.  I would ask, the next time you're in and anytime you experience an issue such as this to ask for a Manager.  Please note - if a person is not wearing a uniform/logo shirt, they are a sales associate with little to no power to resolve anything.  So please, insist on speaking with a manager.  Our entire management team, no matter how short staffed is always interested in ensuring a great customer experience.
