    I felt compelled to take a moment and write this review because Jim, in my humble opinion, represents principles and values that are not common in society today. And, that is sad. Jim helped a dear friend of mine, Mike, who has now passed himself(51yo). Jim and NBMW had prepared a monument for Mikes mom and let Mike pay over time but still performed the work that was required to provide a respectable resting place for his mom.
    Mike passed owing Jim money for the work he did and instead of making a hundred follow up calls to relatives for his money, he called me in hopes that I could help. While taking care of Mikes estate I remembered the call I received from Jim. It was 8 months earlier I simply, embarrassingly, forgot.
    I called Jim and apologized and instead of being upset he agreed to help add Mikes name to his mom and dads headstone. I sent the check for the work that was owed and the additional amount for Mikes work.
    I write this story in hopes that it may provide some sense that all is not lost in this great country because of people like Jim.
