      Review of Norcom Bank
      I recently had a frustrating experience with Norcom Bank while trying to secure funding for my project. From the very beginning, the paperwork process was a nightmare. The forms were convoluted and not user-friendly, which made it extremely difficult to understand what was required. I found myself spending countless hours trying to compile the necessary documents, only to discover that I was missing critical information due to a lack of clear guidance from their staff.
      Once I submitted my paperwork, the waiting game began. Communication was poor at best. I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on my application status, and when I did hear back, the responses were often vague and unhelpful. It felt like my application was lost in a black hole.
      After what seemed like an eternity, I finally received approval, but the disorganization didn’t end there. The funding was delayed even further due to what they called "internal processing issues." This setback not only jeopardized my project timeline but also caused significant stress and financial strain.
      Overall, my experience with Norcom Bank was disappointing. The inefficiency in their paperwork processing and lack of timely communication made what should have been a straightforward process incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend Norcom Bank if you’re looking for a reliable and efficient way to secure funding for your projects. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

      I received an email from Julie Baril, Quality Control Manager, in February 2024 about the mortgage firm encountering an underwriting issue that led to my loan being at risk of being canceled. After several emails back and forth regarding my employment, I eventually received an email proposing a no-cost refinance to help alleviate the initial concerns. Despite my reservations, I proceeded to complete a refiance application, as directed by Colleen Fazzino, VP of Production at Norcom Mortgage, during a phone call received on May 3, 2024. Ms. Fazzino instructed me to apply under Phil DeFronzo, the founder and CEO of Norcom Mortgage, through a link sent to me via email. I submitted all required documents for the application on May 3, 2024, and underwent a credit pull on Monday, May 6, 2024. To date, I have not received any communication from the company despite multiple attempts to reach out, including calls, voicemails, and emails to Phil DeFronzo. It is my understanding that they are legally obligated to provide updates on the status of my refinance application at this time, yet they have failed to do so. I feel misled and deceived by their lack of communication.

      I was working with Katie S on a home loan. I sent her every piece of documentation she asked for. I was pre approved for a loan and moved forward to the next step. I explained early on in the process that I had an 11 month gap in my work history and she stated it was not a problem.
      During the first initial process there was lots of communication. Because I am a Veteran we are using my VA loan, the first time home buyers program. I had a VA home inspection done, found homeowners insurance, and continued to send Katie more paperwork that she requested.
      That was almost a month ago. I had the Va inspection done, which Katie told me during text messages don't worry about paying for the inspection right now, and she told more that once don't worry about it. I inquired several times about the status of my loan, which I was told Underwritting is reviewing everything, and she will be in touch.
      Around the first week of July all communication stopped. NO emails, text messages, phone calls. I emailed, called, texted Katie as much as 3 times a week with NO response.
      As of last night 7/26/2023 I heard back from Katie via email that said underwriting did not approve my loan because I had the 11 month gap in work, which I initially told them about.
      The lack of communication, unprofessional approach towards people. I will not recommend them to anyone,
