    They didn't show up when scheduled. Arrival time was between 9am - 11am, would not answer the office phone, cell phone, e-mail, or texts. After my wife called from a different number, he picked up. He told my wife that he put me in his schedule for the wrong day despite me calling him multiple times to confirm the week prior. They eventually showed up at 3:30pm. During the move, they broke a television stand beyond repair. They admitted breaking it during the move. My wife called him to tell him we can't fix it, and he said he would try to go through his insurance, the he blocked our numbers, would not respond to calls, texts, voicemails, or emails. I called him again from a different number and he picked up right away. When I said who I was, he hung up. They guarantee protection of your items in their estimate, but will not honor it. He is difficult to get in touch with, doesn't show up when scheduled, and you will never get in touch with him if something goes wrong. I definitely would recommend paying the extra to go with more reliable, professional movers next time.

    DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! I should have read the reviews. Walter also damaged several other people's furniture. And then he ghosts you. Walter moved me twice and I suggested my friend hire him and he did twice also. On my second move (as indicated in my reviews/photos) Walter damaged a brand new dresser. He had a nail on a dolly and it scratched and dug several holes on the top of my desser where the wood chips are coming out. He said he would fix it several times. We had several scheduled times and he said, "I'll be there at 12:30pm sharp!" Never showed, lies, never answered my calls and texts. Terrible company, service. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! Now I have to hire someone to come fix my brand new dresser. Terrible person. Not a good business man to lose business from several customers.
