    I had worst experience with Dr B****. I saw her on 11- 10-2022 for pain to both side of feet from Osteoarthritis. She said I need 3 shockwave treatment (Vizio) @ $100 each cash no insurance. I paid $300 same day. My 1st treatment was with untrained tech, I immediately screamed loud from pain it felt like a knife & developed new pain from shockwave that caused a tear in my foot & injury. Very dangerous. 4 months now still in pain & gain weight not able to do my walking. She knows I have Osteoporosis receiving shots for it, this kind of harsh treatment should not be used on me. She also prescribed medicine I'm allergic to. I called their office saying pain is worse & crying I can't even sleep. I was asked to come for visit. She suggested pt or MRI. I said sure MRI ok since it has no radiation, she said off course there is radiation in MRI but I left it alone. The MRI showed tear and edema with 2 cysts from impact. I called their office in January of 2023 to see if they have received my MRI report, Barb the receptionist said Dr. said come in, I asked Barb if Dr can speak to me over the phone, I said I need to know what the MRI finding & what her approach to treatment? Barb came back on the phone said dr. said go see your pcp she is not reading it to you. She got upset that I asked if she can read it over the phone. She cut me off completely & send me a bill instead for $50 for appointment cancellation which I did not cancel, just to get back at me sadly. I tried for several weeks to reach her for help but will not call me back. I called again asked for office mgr they said we do not have one. Another time I spoke to Mindy who said ok come in and see the head of this practice who is dr. Balloch that was on Feb 22, 2023, but when I got there Barb said she will see you ONLY if you pay the $50 you owe for cancellation. She only brought me back just to humiliate me and embarrass me sadly. They don't care about the well being of patients but their own pocket.
