      Like someone else had stated in the complaints, this facility is THE bottom of the barrel. Please do not link your HSA or any card to them because they will charge you for services not provided. I've already filed a complaint with both my Insurance company for promoting them and my HSA bank for them charging me for non-rendered services due to their negligence. If you fell into their trap already, save all communications, make sure all communications are expressed through email (they use their own portal which shields them from liability but you can save the webpage which will save all the transcripts). I knew they'd be a problem. This facility is harmful for people seeking help. They do not care about their patients and treat them with the utmost disrespect while always passing blame, being hostile, and childish. The wife likes to yell at you for their negligence and then hang up. Social worker?!?! there's a reason she only works for her husband. Dr. K is also a joke who is a detriment to anyone. I already had stigma going into a therapist then you add this facility and you never want to step foot in a place like that. I told them over and over again that I really needed help and they continued to disregard me and treat me with disdain. How they are even allowed to be around children who don't have the tools to know this is wrong is beyond me. I am doing what I can to bring light to this sham of a facility. They ARE causing more harm to people. If you use this facility, you will leave worse than you showed up with a bill to boot. STAY AWAY.
