    . The owner Tom is a scammer and a liar. My son slid it in the snow and tapped crosswalk pole. My son called the police..The The police man asked if he wanted to drive it home or have it towed and due to him not feeling safe, he had it towed.he would pick it up in the morning. well this guy refused to give us the car back telling us we had to get $2200 in repairs before it could be drivable. It had a flat tire. And head light was loss. He wanted to charge another $483 to tow it 15 miles instead of just putting air in the tire ,so I told him I would call *** for my son and have it towed. He had it on his flatbed and refused to drop it after paying $259.39 for him to release it to us. He said he had to wrench it off of a pole there is no way he could drive it..he’s friends with the *** driver the owner Tom called him and told him not to come tow the car. Saying it was going to a apartment complex and the apartment complex does not let towed cars.. saying that I had to use him…this is all false information .. he was holding my car hostage after paying the full balance. He refused to give the keys or the car to us. I had to call the police department on him to get my car dropped off of his tow truck.when also when I called first thing in the morning to find out what time we could get the car..the first thing he talked about, an insurance claim!!! I never do reviews but I feel I really have to do a review on this one. I mean the guy has an F with the Better Business Bureau. He also tried to argue with me, telling me the car is not drivable he had to peel it away from the pole!!! as soon as we finally got the car back it is 100% drivable just needs air in the tire!!! I had to call the police to get my sons car dropped!!! I have a video *** driver..driving it right off the truck in to the drive way onto the grass!!!

    The owner of Crystal Auto has had my vehicle in his possession for eight months and was paid in-full by *********** ********* ******* to complete any and all repairs to my vehicle. The owner has repeatedly given me ludicrous excuses as to why my vehicle is not completed yet! He has begun to ignore my calls/text messages, will not return any of my phone calls and is never at his garage when I arrive to checkup on the progress to my vehicle.
