    ******* * * ******* ************ , took lots of money up front, promising he was going to do a lot of work. He never showed up, demanded more money for what he called "extras" even though he hadn't done anything yet. I confronting him with police after I google him, and saw he had been arrested in Connecticut for drugs and scamming people. He moves town to town doing this. I knew he wasn't trustworthy but I thought he would still come and do the job, which he never did. Beware, he is dangerous, and has been scamming, stealing money for awhile now.

    11/4/22 - Agreed on specific Bay window with big fixed center window 12/22/22 - Paid first of 4 installments of $619.00 1/16/23 - I asked Derek for dates we can schedule installation 1/23/23 - Paid second of 4 installments of $619.00 1/30/23 - Derek was on my property, I asked again about scheduling and was told Monday 2/6/23 2/5/23 - I found a window stored in my garage that was not the one agreed to. I reached out to Derek and he informed me the window I had paid for was broken and he intended to use a different one without my knowledge or consent. 2/5/23 - I confirmed 2/6 would be the date of install and Derek said it would now be 2/7 AM (which was never communicated to me before I asked) 2/7/23 - Derek never showed up for the job, did not reach out to me to reschedule or let me know he wouldn't be showing up. 2/8/23 - I let Derek know I would no longer be moving forward with this work as he had not met any of the install dates discussed nor did he provide me with the window I paid for. I asked for a refund 2/11/23 - I texted Derek again to be refunded for the work he did not provide 2/18/23 - I texted Derek once again for my refund 2/21/23 - I emailed Derek a demand letter as he had not yet sent my money back 2/21/23 - Derek emailed me stating we already had a contract in place and he would not refund me despite not meeting any terms discussed 2/21/23 - I let Derek know we never had a contract in place 2/21/23 - Derek stated that no terms were ever in place contrary to his first email 2/21/23 - I asked again for my money back 2/24/23 - I asked once again for my money back and let him know that if he did not remove the window from my property I would charge for rent I am requesting a full refund of my $1238 as our agreement was not met; my bay window was broken and not replaced and Derek did not show up for install on any occasion. I am also requesting $50/day rent for storage of the window he will not pick up (2/25-2/28 = $200). Total $1238 + $200 = $1,438
