      I bought an extended warranty thru this dealership and worked with Emma A***** She is great to work with. Helped me through all my detailed questions. Quick to respond to any thing I asked. With out her I am not sure I would have bought the warranty. Her dealer ship is fortunate to have her.

      I recently needed a part/service for my Ford Explorer. My Local Ford Dealership advised me that my Extended Warranty would NOT cover this issue. It seemed strange to me so I contacted Lombard Ford Warranty customer service directly. Jack assured me that this part/service was in fact covered by my Extended Warranty and the Dealership was using the wrong codes. I went back and forth with the Dealership as they were still insisting that this issue was not covered. Finally the Service Director at the Dealership agreed to call the actual Insurance Company directly. Turns out that this issue IS COVERED!!! Thanks to both Jack and Emma for your help and kindness! This saved me $700.00+. It's unfortunate that I couldn't get the service that I needed from my local Dealership without stomping my feet and questioning their judgement.
